house is minutes from Royal Birkdale and Hillside golf courses and Southport seafront.
3 bedroom. 2 with king size beds, and a further bedroom with 2 single beds. An additional lounge with
double sofa bed is downstairs. This room also has TV and desk if you need a quieter space to complete
some work.
A large open plan kitchen/ living space.The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with full cooking
facilities. Coffee machine, dishwasher, wine cooler, kettle, microwave
TVs are equipped with Sky TV and WiFi throughout the property.
Utility room with washer and separate tumble dryer.
There is also a garden with outdoor seats and a table for Al fresco dining.
